Need Suggestions.

I spilled water on my SLVR and am now on a quest for a new phone.

Here is what I'm looking for:

My previous phones have been the L7 and a Nokia 3650. Just to give you an idea of my progression.

I would like bluetooth, external memory slot, at least megapixel camera. Tiny/Slim. Great looking screen. Spreakerphone/Good Volume/Reception. Good OS. Works in US/Mexico.GSM - Tmobile. $150 US or under.

I would prefer a candybar, but a flip would be ok. I want something that you don't find very often. That is to say, I don't want a razr or chocolate or something like that. I don't see very many panasonics, NECs, sharps, philips, etc around here. They seem to have some cool looking phones.

I like the NEC L1 and the Samsung X520, but the reviews of those haven't been to spectacular.

I know it's all kind of vague, but I'd appreciate any input.
 
Use the Phone Finder functions on sites like Phonescoop or GSMArena to help you search for what you're looking for. About all that you've asked for is pretty general and is sometimes based on opinions on what is good or bad. It will always depend on the individual whether or not he/she will like their choice.
