Need suggestions for a new phone

Hi,

I am looking to buy a new Tri or Quad Band mobile phone. I have T-Mobile as my carrier, I live in Philadelphia.

I want a phone that has bluetooth, and one on which I can access my University email. I was thinking of a Blackberry, but are there other options?

Also, is it best to get it through T-Mobile or through an independent retailer, online, etc. I am currently in Singapore for a few days and then will be in India, so it is cheaper to get it here as opposed to in USA?

I will really appreciate any suggestions on phones and best places to buy it.

on everysingle phone these days you can atleast view emails, just look around the cingular forums or tmobile forums and your bound to find your perfect phone. a treo, blackberry, or ppc are more PDAs, if you want a phone get a 6131 for example which has pop email access or anything else, just look around a bit. i have an 8125 and its ok! the treo 650 was ok too, i want to try a blackberry tho... never tried one yet
