How do i get the HTML coding i made in notepad for the design and stuff for my site, ON THE SITE?

You look for a hosting site. Obviously, you just started so you can first try out those free ones, like x10hosting.com or zymic.com. You then upload your files/codes to their server through some tool, mostly using something called cPanel. Once upload is done, you can search for your site through search engines like google and it'll show up.

save the pages as html and then ftp or upload them to your server. make sure the homepage is index.html

You have to upload your html file to your domain. either using an FTP client (like ws_ftp) or through your web hosting sites control panel.
