Need some professional help

Is it ok to exercise at 4.30am in the morning?

I have sleeping problems you see (insomnia). I dont know why, i cant find the cause of it.

I sleep at 5-5.30am every morning. Wakes up at 2-4pm. Go out or either spend the whole day infront of my PC games and end up doing the same thing over and over again and end up putting on weight.. If im at home, thats when i feel super tired / lazy mood in the afternoon. Even if i go out in the afternoon like 12pm, i come back super tired but cant sleep!

The only time i feel sleepy is at 4.30 AM depending on my mood. The only thing that helps me relax and get my sleepy mood is either watching movie or read books.

My question is, can i use that "relaxing" which is around 4am time to exercise (push ups, sit ups maybe a short 30min jog) and sleep ?
