Hiya there. Parkour isn't really a new thing to me, but I need some help with starting up again; lol. The last time I attempted this, I had totally approached it the wrong way, and thus made no progress. Now I want to start off right, and of course, starting off right starts with getting in shape. I need to know of some exercises that can be performed with a wall, dumbells, barbells, treadmill, floor; lol. You get the idea. Unfortuantely, I have no where I can do dips, so those are out of the question until summer. As well, any other additional tips or tricks you may want to jot down could help as well. Thanks.
