Ok i know my routine sucks so if you guys could point me in the right direction that would be really helpful.
Tuesday (back and bis) - 3mins on the rowing machine to warm up - 5x5 pull ups - 5x5 seated rows - 5x5 lat pull down - 5x5 dunbell curls - 5x5 barbell curls - 5x5 military press.
wednesday (chest and tri) - 3mins on rowing machine to warm up - 5x5 dips - 5x5 seated chest press machine - 5x5 bench press with bunbells - (cant remember other chest one lol) - 5x5 tricep pull down - 3xF press ups. I then finish with 30mins on the cross trainer.
thursday i repeat the bis and back
sunday i do the tris and chest again.
Can you guys please rate and help me change this routine so its actually good
