need some knowledge to do the sex?

could some body let me know what is the best time to do the sex to prevent the pregnancy. I know boy use condoms to prevent pregnancy. is it good to do the sex any time with the condom to prevent pregnancy? or :-

how many days before period time i can do the sex to prevent the pregnancy?
or is it safe to do the sex during period to prevent the pregnancy?
or how many days after the period, i can do the sex to prevent the pregnancy?

I need knowledge, because, right now i can't take responsibility as a becoming father?
 
its impossible to do that as it all depends on a woman having an exact monthly cycle and how long the sperm can actually live in her body, her most fertile time is usually 14 days after the first day of her period so realistically as sperm can live inside a woman for up to 7 days and a cycle can run from 21-35 days you would have to limit sex to the 10 days prior to her starting her period. Would I risk it if I didnt want to get pregnant, NO.
