Need some info

over night a cluster of red bumps appeared on my mid-lower back, i have acne on my upper back oftern(pretty active lifestyle) but i have never had anything like this happen. Wanting to know if this is some kind of pist off acne or is this someting else.

the bumps are not painful, and i only noticed cuz my dad said something when i was trying on a shirt i just got for Xmas. They havnt changed at all since i discovered them Xmas day.

Any info/advice would be great and much appreciated
 
What are the size of the bumps?
How many are there?

SounRAB just like a typical breakout from what you've described. You might have irritated that area of your back while sitting in a chair, working out, scratching an itch, etc.

Might try some over the counter Benzoyl Peroxide treatment. Many inexpensive products have them; Proactiv, Clear Zit, etc.

they fairly small, i just reached back there and it seems like they are blisters now, cuz i touched them adn they popped, leaving novisible puss or anything like acne(that i know of), just clear liquid. any idea what that could be a symptom of?
 
SounRAB like a run of the mill breakout to me. It sounRAB like blood plasma or very thin pus that came out of your breakout. Just try and not pick at or touch the area now, allow it to heal. If it doesn't get better after a week or two go buy some acne products like the ones I listed earlier.
