I was pulled over 3 months ago and arrested with possession and oui. I went to jail for one night. Well my licensed was taken away and I got a paper permit that states I cant apply for a new license until I go to trial and it's acquitted, guilty, etc.... Well, no charges have been filed on me at all. It's not in the system what so ever. I went to get a photo id at the secretary of state and they told me that, that nothing was in the system. Can I apply for a license? When can I? I really need some kind of id. Thanks!
