Need Some Help With a Film Name

hey guys i need some help with a film name, all i can remember is it was on sky premier back in the mid 90's and it was about a group of kiRAB in some wooRAB, it had a gypsy woman and she had a caravan near a water tower in the wooRAB and i think she dies in the end, would be much appriciated if you could help
