Need some help here please

I have a tourpack off a 2006 street glide. I have a 2011 street glide. I know this wont fit the 2011, but i am wondering if i get the docking hardware and the detatchable hardware if it will bolt onto the 06 tourpack. Is the bolt pattern the same. If not any ideas appreciated. thanks
 
I believe the bolt pattern is the same, at least on my tourpak that I bought last year I could make it fit several different mounting styles.
 
I moved my chopped tour pack from a '07 to a '10.
I had to have new holes drilled for the mounting bracket.
It also needed a spaced added to the bottom of the tour pack.
 
The pre-drilled mounting holes in the '06 tour pak won't line up with the holes in an '09 detachable rack (or the the rigid mount found on EG Classics or Ultras which are the same as the detach rack).

Use the holes in the '09 and newer detachable rack as a template to drill holes in the '06 tour pak bottom and you'll be able to reuse the '06 tour pak on your new bike.

Take a tape measure to a buddy's '09 or newer tour pak, or go by a dealer and measure from the front of the tour pak to the forward mounting holes in the tour pak so you will know where to put the rack on the bottom of the '06 tour pak for drilling the holes.
