Need some help. Driver's Test in 2 hours.?

So here's the deal: i went over the route for my driving test, but i am stuck on what to do at this road. It's a 1 lane road, and I know you are supposed to turn into the lane closest to you, but in this case we are turning right. No less than 10 feet from the turning point there is a construction sign marking construction on the right lane. Now should i just turn into the laft lane first and avoid the construction, or should I turn into the right lane, stop, switch lanes and keep going. Thanks.
 
construction zones follow the signs or arrows or any other cars and really its up to instructor where you drive he tells you where to turn or which way he wants to go which he can change anytime he wants just read your book you pass first test you can pass the final one just by driving right and listening to what they tel you to do
