Need some Corporate Store (Service Center) Help

I have the Motorola RAZR2 for Cricket. It is the Cricket issued model, NOT a flashed version. My girlfriend also has the RAZR2 for Cricket (again, the Cricket model, NOT a flashed version). Her & I both experience the phone just hanging up in the middle of a call (it happened to me 3 different times today). I can be having a conversation (have full or almost full service) and the call just drops. Doesn't matter who I am talking to, driving in my truck or just being stationary. The same thing happens to my girlfriend when she is on the phone. I used to use the Motorola KRAZR (Cricket branded) and an EnV that was flashed. My girlfriend use to have the W315 and the K323 before the RAZR2 and we never, ever had these problems.

Have you guys and girls at the service center stores seen this problem with other customers? Is there a known issue with the RAZR2? Should I go swap it out? Any help is appreciated.
 
I work for Cricket and have had the RAZR2 before they were launched. No problems reported other than low battery life.
I would take it to the corp store and have them exchange it out for you.
What market are you in?
 
I am in Rochester, NY. I bought the extended battery for it and it can last 2 days without charging, btw. It was doing the problem before the extended battery.
