So my boyfriend has been in county jail for a year, the DA said he will get 16 months but it will be time served since he is getting half time. He will have to be on parole, but since he already has his time served how does the process work? Does he still have to wait in there before the address of where he is living gets approved and all other stuff? Could somebody please tell me the process in his case...thank you
