Hello everyone,
I'm really glad I found this forum and able to write this message for help. I've been having lower right back pain since the begginging of septeraber '08. The injury occured during weighted squat exercises.
It wasn't the type of injury where I couldn't walk or anything for days but I felt alittle pain afterward and it just continued...
Whether its directly from the squats I don't know. I even suspect an old injury from when I was 15 years old (i'm currently 28 now). I just don't know intitially where the injury or when the injury occured???
But my lower right back, right along the top of the pelvic bone hurts; it's stiff and sore all the time. It's about 2 inches from the backbone, near a bone that sticks out of the pelvic.
In the mornings its very stiff and sore. Then as I move during the day it gets alot better. But as soon as I stop after work the stiffness and pain returns. I work in construction which usually keeps me in pretty good shape.
I'm going to see the doctor today after work and this will be my first step in addressing this back problem. If you guys have starting advice for me that would be great.
A speedy recovery for everyone,
Brandon
