Need Some Advice on an Upgraded Phone Purchase

We have a family account with AT&T. I have an iPhone which I love. My wife needs a new phone and has qualified for an upgrade. She does not want another iPhone. The last few phones she's had have been problematic. She's had trouble seeing the small screens and the phone numbers on the pad are extremely small for her also. Can someone suggest a new phone using AT&T that might fit her needs? One additional important criteria: she uses a calendar extensively in her volunteer work and we have Macs, so iCal is our calendar using iSync to transfer data. It would be great if she could find a phone meeting all these criteria. I know there are 3rd party software businesses that might have software allowing her to sync with iCal if we could find a phone for her.

Smartphones/PDA phones typically have the larger screens, would she want a touch screen or not? My recommendation would be something like the Incite or the LG Vu. As far as iSync integrated, I was looking at a few models and have yet to find one that does that function also. Hopefully this helps.
