Need solution for dead 150 & a55?

Is there any solution for:

A55 not power when i went to flash: Bootcore not accepted

a50: Absolutely dead not power with testpoint
 
A55: did you cut TP?
A50: reflow CPU - flash - RAM...

Just my 2 Eurocents...
