If you are interesting, I have flash for S10RU. The design is different
but inside phones are same(in common). So you can try flashing SL10 by S10 flash. Mail me if you want to try. I've seen SL10 with russian languge, MTC ware selling those phones with 3d LP,

Ok. I have searched WEB for you and find two links with SL10 flashes. With this I'm shure you can repair your SL10 nad make it russian.
