I'm about to put my dish in the oven, chicken breast with some veggies and potatoe "chunks" for lack of a better word... The instructions call for tin foil on the top and i've just realized I have NONE.. can I cover the dish with a cookie sheet?? All the sides won't be sealed? I'm pretty sure this is to make my veggies tender... Is my dish doomed? LOL
