Ok So ive Had anxiety the doctor told me and for the last 1 month I had been much better, I had breathing shortness of breath 24/7 24 hours a day. Only a few breaths were good maybe 1/3. For the past month I breathed better because I thought I had social anxiety disorder not going out cause I always inside and on the computer. So i went outside to the pool, with my dad out to places and It got better. The weird thing was I went to the pool one day and in the morning the next day It got worse and the day after that even worse. It was weird all of a sudden. My question is Is it still anxiety? Im still waiting on a appointment with a therapist.
