Need prepaid with custom ringtones and wallpaper...

Hey guys! Is there any phone that's prepaid and allows me custom ringtones and wallpaper right out of the box or with little effort? I did a search here but found nothing particularly helpful and anything even remotely helpful to me was well over a year old. I figure phones have probably gotten better since then!

Right now I own a Kyocera Oystr with Virgin Mobile service and after several months of perfectly fine battery power my battery basically started to die in the past week. I charged it an entire day and it lasted less than a day with the volume on 1 and the clamshell perfectly shut. It is odd.

Anyway, my wants and would likes:

Wants, basically required:

Custom ringtones I've made or downloaded, polyphonic or mp3, preferably both
Wallpaper I've custom made
Any size or shape phone... I won't dismiss any offhand.

Would like but not required:

Web services
Wi-Fi would be nice but I doubt this will be available for prepaid
Downloadable games
Camera would be VERY nice... this is almost required, haha.

I was looking at the Nokia 6103 T-Mobile and the Samsung t219 but I'm not sure if these do what I want. Something along these lines would be quite nice. I don't really want to spend over $100 on a phone but I'll go up to $150 if I must. The Razr is pretty but I'm afraid it looks a bit flimsy for my particular needs. I don't want to have to worry about dropping the phone and destroying it.

Anyway, if anyone can help me narrow the field, as far as phones AND providers, as I'm basically a mobile newbie, it'd be most appreciated!

Pretty much any T-Mo to go or Cingular/AT&T prepay will let you use any phone that takes a SIM. You could purchase an unlocked GSM phone, and use it with your prepay SIM. There are a ton available, most will do what you want, minus the wifi.

There are plenty of unlocked GSM phones in the 100-150 range on eBay that will suit your needs, minus the wifi. If you use AT&T or T-Mobile, you can use any unlocked GSM phone. If you use AT&T, it will need to be quad band to get the best reception. It needs to have 850/1900. If you use T-Mobile, you can use a tri band phone that has 1900.
