Need prepaid phone for Teen!

hi there people like about 4 years ago when at&t was still out they had a relly cool prepaid plan that would give you free nights and weekends, is there any company out there that offers anything similar to this?

by the way the phone is for my 14 yr old sister!

hmmm, i know at&t had free incoming text msging, so im thinking tmobile to go is the closest one

Verizon has their INPULSE plan which is 1.00 a day but gives you free nights and weekends and unlimited in calling.
