Need phone for the near blind...

Hey folks,

Well I finally got pissed off at Cingular for service problems and hour long hold times so I dumped them last night in the heat of passion.

Now I find that I can't use my RAZR with other phone companies. Looks like I'm going to have to buy a new one. What is a good phone for someone that needs reading glasses? I'd like a big display with large text. Also I need to be able to text and have vibrate ring. And I'd like to be able to load my own .mp3 ringtones. Camera would be a plus. So would being able to enter in multiple phone numbers for one person without having multiple listings.

Tall order? I'm open for suggestions. Right now I'm thinking of going to T-Mobil.

All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you like the RAZR, perhaps you can sign up for T-Mobile and buy a new RAZR.

You can't load MP3 ringtones with some of the low-cost T-Mobile phones. About phone books: I think all Samsung phones allow multipule phone numbers under one listing. My friend's Motorola A630 doesn't have this feature. The text on the keypad and screen are a little on the small side. I have seen deaf people using the A630 and Sidekicks to send text messages. The text on my Treo 600 is a little small too.

I think most phones have a ring-vibrate function.

I have only had experience with Samsung and Motorola phones. Hopefully someone will have more helpful suggestions.
