Does anybody have advice for me? I need to get out of my Rogers contract ASAP. I have looked around online for some advice and so far I have a couple of leads that apply to me:
1. My phone is a lemon. I have complained 3 times about it and have had it sent in for repairs once, and it's still totally wrecked.
2. I received unreasonable customer service several times and am currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
Does anybody have any tips for me, or any ways I can immediately get rid of my contract without paying an early cancellation fee?
Any advice would be appreciated as i am so through with Rogers, they have done nothing but screw me around and completely ignore my complaints!!!!
