Need opinions on samsung devices..

Looking to get a touchscreen device.. All I do is text, and browse the web. Minimal games (if any at all), and very minimal voice.

I'm thinking one of the following:

Samsung Impression
Samsung Eternity
Samsung Solstice


Which one would you chose? I'm switching over from a BB 9000.
