Need Nokia E71 Help Fast!

I was playing around with my nokia e71, which i got this afternoon, and i got to the security part. I tried putting in a pin code, guessing it a few times, when it says PIN code blocked. Enter PUK code:. I googled this, and found if you put in 00000000 (8 0's) it gives you the option to choose a new pin, but when you put it in, it say's code error. I can't call customer support, as this is my only phone at the moment! Please, can somebody help me out? Oh, and my service provoider is Straight Talk
