Need news archive of tis & last week of indiatv where can i buy it in delhi?

I am trying to find archives of some of TV chanels. Is there any person in Delhi who records programs of Indian chanels & then sells them ? I need a copy of programs /news aired last week & this week where can i get from ? I need for indiatv & news24. Please recommend me someone in delhi who records these chanels.
