My phone broke and I need a new verizon phone. According to a verizon rep, I need either a new phone or a "certified previously owned" phone. An "unlocked" phone I am told, will not work. Also I need a basic phone because if I get like a smart phone, I have to pay extra for the internet access or something? So I looked on verizon's site, and their CPO's are pretty pricey. I see phones on other sites like ebay or amazon, which are cheaper, but how do I know if they are CPO? I don't know much about any of this, obviously. Help, anyone?
