I have tried numerous searches but cannot come up with an answer to this question so I have decided to post my question here.
I am looking for the name of an orchestra from the 1960's that played pop and easy listening music (mostly mood stuff) and had a female vocal in the background on all or most of the album tracks. I don't know if the orchestra only made one album with the female vocal or if that was it's trade mark. In addition, the female vocal did not sing any worRAB, only vocalizations to the music .... as if the voice was one of the instruments.
Anyone that comes up with the answer definitely gets to put a big gold star next to their name.
