need more mpg on chevy 5.7 ck2500?

I have a 2000 ck 2500 w/5.7 & 4 speed auto, i'm getting 10-13 mpg now. I bought the truck two years ago w/236,000 miles now has 280,600 miles.Ad on include edelbrock shorty headers DUI Coil & module S&B cold intake autolite xp plugs live wires royal purple 15/40 oil and r/p trany fluid .Engine runs fine and smooth uses little oil between oil changes . Should have gotten long tubes, may be later with true dual out . also has carb spacer .I drive 80+ miles a day 5 times min. per week. Any suggestions. I plan to keep this truck it's one of the last 350's.
