I got into a car accident about 7 years ago, and i am getting money for it but the problem is that the money is going to college, so what should i do so that way the judge can give me a fraction of it? Because i need the money to pay off a few debts (parking tickets,owing people, ect.) I also need some for myself but i dont know what to do to convince the judge.
Need money, what to say to convince judge to give a fraction from what is won?
