Hi and thank you to read my question,
context: I began practicing meditation on irregular basis since one year and without any sort of readings etc (which I probably will look up to soon). So i'm quite in-experimented and I usually practice it in nature, preferably close from water like rivers or waterfalls.
Last time, before going to school, I had an headache and was a little anxious so I decided to meditate at home. After 15-20 minutes my entered in a state I never entered before. Usually it was some kind of semi-sleep but this time, Not only I hardly sens anything (odors, noises, touch, etc.) but it was like I my person (and not my body) was floating in nothingness, I felt like gravity wasn't normal and felt like I mas thrown or if I wasn't stable and was floating in every directions without control. I tried to resist the hurge to wake up from this wierd sensation but finally woke up anyways. I was full of energy then and had no more headache.
What the hell happened to me? I don't understand.
Can someone refer me to an answer?
Thank you for all of you who will answer.
