Need instructions on how to replace resistor on Ford 2001 F-150.?

Where and how to replace "4L3Z-19A706-AA Resistor". The parts is for repair the blower switch. Now I can only set the blower to one setting, that being high. Can anyone describe where the part is to go and how to do it? Thanks
