Basically what it boils down to is retaliation on my husband an i for knowing another tenate who was evicted and due to landloards mess up filing in wrong court he was able to stay rent free a few months before eviction was refiled. I didnot know that until the nasty email i recieved from L.L. Disclosing quite a bit of personal info re:friend. Name calling accusing of drug use giving adress an detail of issue. Didnot understand why we were getting this kind of tretment from them considering we never have before. Been here 1 1/2yr now mo. to mo. Not binded by leAse an yes have been late on rent but have Been off an on due to medical issues, had baby, husband laid off, severe post pardom,death ect.tough year!insults like"go find a house you CAN afford an what your doin isnt workin so try finding a REAL job"only being 1mo.Behind when only after his eviction all this stared threats of ruin credit now up rent150.paid1200xmas now wants1750?says we didnt pay.2ndevict+filed each mo since oct.ruint my rent history. =(
