I need to pitch a few ideas to my group in my science writing class. We have to write a 5000 word paper on a controversial topic in science. Anyone have some creative suggestions for a topic? Or just any suggestion at all? Example topics would be gene therapy or climate change. In addition, it should have several aspects that can be supported (or not) by experiments that have been done already.
