Need ideas for a lounge/bar? PLEASE!!!!!?

Im looking to open up a lounge that is unique and different that will make people want to keep coming back because of what they experienced.

Here is the deal......I want to serve limited food, maybe more like appetizers. I want the look of my loung to be contemporary. I want my loung to have some type of theme to it. I thought about calling it The History Lounge( have all type of pictures or painting around the bar with descriptions of what that individual did). I dont know.... do this idea sound good.......do you have any ideas of what be good for a theme Lounge or what else I could do to bring this idea out.
 
The History Lounge will appeal to a mature business type customer. Its a good idea but i think it is too specific of a demographic to get alot of traffic. Plus to satisfy this demographic you need to a very high end finished product.
