I'm trying to make a website (don't recomend one with templates) from scratch with html. I forgot all the html codes. Can someone post background picture (from a file on my pc not a url) code, banner (from a file on my pc not a url) code, a basic picture (from a file on my pc not a url) and if its possible how to center the background pic a make it not tile. PLZ & THX X's 1 MIL
