Need History Facts about Holocaust, any truth to Jewish Boycott?

I remember my Grandfather telling me of a problem with Jewish trade in Germany before WWII that may have began the problems for the Jews in Germany but I never heard a thing about it in School or on TV. I recently stumbled across and article in an Iranian online news site that talked about a Jewish Boycott.

"JEWS START A WORLD WIDE BOYCOTT OF GERMAN GOODS
ON MARCH 24 1933 on the front page of the London Daily Express, appeared the headline: Judea Declares War On Germany: Jews Of All The World Unite. The headline followed with:

“The Israelite people of the world declare an economic war on Germany. It is not sufficient that we should buy no goods made in Germany. We must refuse to deal with any shopkeeper who sells any German-made goods. What we are proposing is to bring the German people to their senses by destroying their export trade on which their very existence depends” Here.

Hitler’s boycott order on March 28, 1933 was in direct response to the Declaration of War on Germany. Today, Hitler’s boycott order is described as a naked act of aggression, yet the circumstances leading up to the order are left out of even the most detailed histories of The Holocaust."

Since Iran is not friendly with Israel they could be biased so do you think that there was a Jewish Boycott?

What was this boycott and was this a reason for resentment of Germans against Jews?

Even if it is true it would not be a good reason to kill Jews but why would the story not be told if it is true?
I wonder why this is not taught about? Good to know these things.

Well, Hitler passed the Enabling Act, which suspended the Constitution and virtually made him dictator, on March 23, 1933. The Jews may have seen the Germans allow Hitler to take power and been (justly) angry with Germany. Therefore, they boycotted German goods, and Hitler responded. So I think the Jewish Boycott certainly could have happened.

The Germans disliked the Jews before the boycott- they blamed them for the Depression and extreme inflation in Germany. Hitler needed a scapegoat to blame, and found the Jews a suitable minority group.

As I understand it the Association of American Jewish War Veterans declared a boycott of German manufactured goods on March 19, 1933, this was in response to Hitler's announcement of a boycott of Jewish goods beginning April 1st. Later the American Jewish Congress declared a boycott on German goods. This was not "Jews of the world" uniting. Many Jews in America largely ignored the situation in German, as they were fearful of anti-Semitism themselves and wanted to sever ties to the Old World and be Americans.
I find it unlikely that this small boycott was a major cause of resentment against Jews. Hitler rose to power on a platform of anti-Semitism. He joined the German's Worker's Party (later the Nazi Party) in 1919, mostly because he was impressed with its founder, Drezler's, anti-Semitic rhetoric.
Not to be too long-winded, but anti-Semitism goes back at least, to Roman times. Entire books have been written on this subject, but some examples are the facts that Jews were blamed for the death of Jesus, despite their wielding no power of the Roman government, Jews were blamed for the Black Death (some theories hold that due to dietary laws and regulation on cleanliness Jews were less suseptible to the disease), and as early as 612 AD, Jews were banned from owning land in some areas.
On a final note, don't believe everything you hear. In 2000 it was implied that John McCain had illegitimately fathered a black child. It was completely untrue, but it probably lost him the South Carolina primary. If you are intersted in any subject, do your own research. Don't just believe what people tell you, including me!

Absolute rubbish.
I have never heard of such a thing. The problem with trade was that due to statutes and laws set by the Nazi government any Jew was barred and boycotted to absolute poverty. If this online report happened it is a foul unfounded untruth and no one should pay any attention to it.
Holocaust denial is a lie, however some prefer to try and "muddy" the past in order to further and justify their own sordid and evil ends.

Jesus are you for real? What you are quoting is a piece of Nazi propaganda from 76 years ago - Heres a news flash the Nazis made stuff up about the Jews. The Jewish boycott is a complete myth made up by anti semitic Nazis like Julius Striecher in his anti Jew magazine 'der Sturmer'. It was made to try and give some justification to their Jewish shop boycott of early 1933, But it was all made up nonsense - a bit like Jews drinking blood etc etc. The Iranians are about as reliable as a chocolate teapot on the question of Jews. They are indoctrinated with anti semitic propoganda from birth.
