I got x-rays last week because i had back pain. And my doctor cant understand the diagnostic report hopefully someone can help me. Here is what it said.
EXAMINATION: x-RAY LUrabAR SPINE
HISTORY: The patient is a 42-year-old female with nontraumatic back pain for approximately two months.
TECHNIQUE: AP, oblique, lateral and spot views of lurabar spine.
FINDING: There are five lurabar-type vertebral bodies which demonstrate a very mild broad-based scoliosis convex to the right. There is no evidence of compression fractures or bony lesions. There is marked facet arthropathy at the L5-S1 level with associated discogenic changes and a grade-1 anterolisthesis of L5 upon S1. No definite spondylolysis is noted. There are degenerative changes in the sacroiliac joints bilaterally. The paraspinous soft tissues are remarkable.
IMPRESSION:
1. Grade-1 anterolisthesis of L5 upon S1 most likely related to discogenic disease and facet arthropathy
2. Bilateral sacroiliac joint arthropathy
3. Mild scoliosis of the spinal column
I would like information on how serious this is and what i should avoid doing. Thanks you.
