need help with yamaha blaster light wireing?

i have a 2003 yamaha blaster they changed the front headlight befor i got it its round and has custum fron grill in the old light spot the light works only on high and there was noo brake light on it i put a light on the back and noticed 3 wires still there but im getting no power to them and i took off the front plastic and theres abunch of wires disconected and id like to know if anyone knows what wires i need to connect the tail light wires the headlight only works on high and also theres wut looks to be a little co2 tank? with 2 wires going in the little hole ? looks like a co2 tank from a little paint ball gun? no clue what thats doing there
