need help with wow trial?

this is the error i keep getting

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Program:C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Wow.exe
Exception:0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:00F82DE4

i tried everything updating my grafics card i have the space required plus more but for some reason it wont let me play after signing it please any tips
