what can reasons be that would casue a guy to be in pain after he comes (once, and doesnt last long). besides having low fertility by not eating right/excersizing (already aware of that possiblility), please list possiblities.
also, could UTIs casue a guy to be in pain when he comes? (i know its rare for a guy to have, but doctors have told me its possible and can get it if their gf has one....)
