i am 15 (sophomore in high school) and i am running 100m sprint on my track team. i just recovered from a cracked femur and torn acl from a football hit, and now im trying to get back into track. so my legs feel really tight in a vertical muscle or something above the knees after i run. and im also trying to improve my speed. is there any advice anyone has that can help? maybe someone who has been in or knows someone who has been on a similar situation? any help would be appreciated! thx!
