I have a spine but no bones
I wear a jacket but don't get cold
People may throw me but that's not what I'm for
I'm full of leaves but I have no roots
I have a house but it's not private
I'm full of texts but I have no mobile
What am I?

definalty sounds like a book to me but the whole " house" part is what is throwing me off.. hmm a epiphyte is a plant with leaves and stem (spine) but not roots so maybe that could be it. but im going to go with a book
