I just quit my previous job and finished my 2 weeks. I worked their for a month and don't get me wrong I like the job duties. The problem is this lady expected a lot from me but do not train well. She trained me like this, that, and go figure the rest. She treated me like I'm slow/stupid. She wanted me to ask if I have any questions but gets mad/irritated when I do. Every mistakes is my fault and when I'm trying to explain my point of view she does not listen. I decided to quit because I wasn't happy anymore and everyday I deal with anxiety attack. I told them that I can't work anymore because of my grandma can't watch my daugther. Of course the lady did not believe me and started to nice but who knows. Now I'm applying jobs and I get stuck on "reason for leaving" on the application. Help would be really appreciated. I want to be honest but I don't how employer do when they contact the previous jobs. Sorry so long and please no mean/nasty answer. Thanks!
