I used to play this game all the time when I was younger on the Sega Genesis. I can't remember the name at all but the main character was a chick (might of been a guy though) with short purple hair, a dark purple(i think) outfit, and could charge up a blue beam with her(his) hands, kind of like a kamehameha.
