I live in Minnesota so I'm curious what will be the best way to improve my road cycling in April when there are a few races?
I have all the time in the world but I'm wondering whats best during the winter when you can't ride. Should I get one of those things where you can turn your ride bike into a stationary one and peddle inside?
I also notice a lot of cyclists that are really fast have very small legs, so is it worth doing exercises like squats or is it almost lose a bunch of weight and live on your saddle?
Thanks.
