Need Help with questions about transferring high schools?

Ok, so im transferring high schools from Old bridge high school to jericho high school....My question is that I what exactly does my high school transcript say about me, does it include my sports and everything......my main problem is that i joined wrestling for 2 seasons.......my first season i stayed then halfway thru my 2nd i stopped going.....are sports and activities on my transcript or can i tell my new high school about those myself and say that i did two full yrs.....thank you
