i plan on buying a car soon and was told before i buy a car i need insurance and a title (whatever) that is...i need to know approximately how much money i would need for tags, plate and all that other stuff...i am 19 had 3 tickets so far (so i expect my insurance to be high) i live in ft. lauderdale, fl (south florida) and want to know the average insurance, license plate, tag, and title rates and what would be best (insurance)
