Need Help with Pics on Cellphone!?

Okayy so me and my girl went on vacation and we probably took like 25-30 pics on my cell (Had a regular camera as well) And when I went to try to plug it into my computer it said that no driver is found.. So I tried e-mailing but i kept getting an error.. so i checked my sent and managed to squeeze 2-3 out from there now it's just not letting me send all together.. I try to txt them to my girl but it wont seem to send...

Any Ideas howto Upload Pics from My Comp from my CPU??
I use a Sprint Rant..
